Upon arrival, I faced an inconvenience when the front desk tried to charge me an unexpected extra $50 fee. Fortunately, I was able to get assistance from family. otherwise, I would have been in a very tough situation.

The breakfast spread was delightful and offered a variety that satisfied me completely. The luggage carts were also a huge help, making my check-in and check-out much easier. The sweet young lady at the front desk provided the kindness I truly needed after a long journey. Additionally, I appreciated the little store where I could buy toothpaste and a toothbrush. that was a thoughtful touch.

However, I found the cleanliness of the room could definitely use some improvement.

i walked into my room to discover it was basically a sauna. the air conditioning refused to work, which was just lovely. then i found yellow stains in the shower—enough said. is it too much to expect a little compensation for these travesties? i was about to write a good review, but alas, i just couldn’t.

The King Room was lovely with a modern touch. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations, offering a variety to satisfy everyone. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Bring your own water for the hot tub, as it could use some improvement.
